Getting to Morocco

✈️ I took a flight from Madrid, Spain to Fez, Morocco.

My trip to Morocco (2019)

*My most recent trip recap.*

Day 1:

This was one of my most memorable trips. It was during my semester studying abroad through ISA (International Study Abroad) where they offered this group trip to Morocco as an extra opportunity. I took it. This was super nice because they planned the itinerary, and booked everything for us. They even gave us tips for things to keep in mind and what to pack. It was a total of 6 days. The first day we flew into Fez and then went straight to the hotel for the night.

Day 2:

We ate breakfast at the hotel and then traveled to the Medina of Fez. It was incredible to see the Medina and all of what was sold there as well at eat lunch. We got to shop a little bit and were given a tour as well. We were brought to a mosaics store, a carpet store, and a leather store. It was incredible to see! That night we had dinner at the hotel.

Day 3:

After breakfast at the hotel, we packed our bags to head to Sahara Desert! We traveled by bus and it was a full day trip. We arrived in the evening and once we got to the desert, we all hopped in 4x4 jeeps to head to camp.

Day 4:

We woke up early to see the sunrise and ate breakfast. After everyone was ready, we had a camel walk through the desert.

Day 5:

After breakfast we rode the jeeps again back to the bus. We traveled onto Meknes and had dinner at the hotel.

Day 6:

This was our last day in the country. We didn't leave though before going on a walking tour in the Medina of Meknes. Afterwards we headed onto the airport.
